I’m Chanda Coston — and I know what it feels like to rebuild from scratch.

A U.S. Navy Veteran with over 20 years of leadership and project-management experience, I’ve led large-scale government and logistics operations, managed high-stakes deployments, and developed systems that have saved the U.S. Navy over $24M. But long before that, I rebuilt my life from profound hardship — including poverty, early motherhood, domestic abuse, and a life-changing turning point in young adulthood that forced me to choose who I would become.

Those experiences became the foundation of my work today.
I transformed my story into a blueprint for clarity, strategy, and sustainable success — and now I help women do the same. My clients are high-capacity, purpose-driven women (especially 40+) who are ready for more, but exhausted by confusion, overwhelm, or lack of structure. Together, we replace chaos with clarity, realign purpose with strategy, and build businesses that honor their faith, capacity, and legacy.
